    A hydraulic oil cooler is a key component of hydraulic systems with demanding duty cycles, ensuring the optimum operating temperature of the entire hydraulic circuit. The main function of the cooler is to cool the oil, which improves the thermal characteristics of the whole hydraulic system.     This cooler is designed mainly for mobile applications. The air‑oil cooler with an aluminium heat exchanger provides very efficient heat dissipation wherever high oil temperature adversely affects the operation of hydraulic systems in vehicles with a 12 V DC electrical system. Standard hydraulic coolers for most mobile applications can additionally be equipped with a thermostat controlling the fan operation, supplied as a kit together with the oil heat exchanger.
